I received the canopy today. I haven’t taken it out of the box yet but I did open it enough to see the personalized artwork. I love it and so will my wife.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the customer service I received throughout this order/shipping process. To say it’s refreshing would be an understatement.
I just felt you went above and beyond to make sure I received what I ordered and that I received my canopy in a timely manner. As we order more and more items online, I sometimes feel like we are just another number and customer service is a lost art. Thank you for proving me wrong!!
